Overwhelmed?
I know how you feel.
If you’re reading this, then chances are you’ve already experienced some level of success in your business.
You’ve got a flagship service that you offer, you can attract clients, you have some sort of system in place…
But YOU don’t feel free…
In fact, if I might guess, you feel stressed, frustrated, overworked, and underpaid in your business.
Here’s the definition I pulled up from Urban Dictionary:
“An entrepreneur who works alone, “solo,” running their business single-handedly. They might have contractors for hire, yet have full responsibility for the running of their business.
The typical solopreneur is easily tempted to become a work-a-holic, not feeling their work is ever done! They do the administrative tasks, marketing, customer service, and service delivery typically by themselves.”
Sound familiar?
Worst part?
Yup, I’ve been there.
The problem? Your business can’t really get to the next level until you make some changes to your business model, and the way you run your business.
The only way to increase your income is to work more hours or raise your prices.
Either way, you will hit a glass ceiling.
If you increase your hours from 40 to 80… You will eventually feel burnt out.
You won’t have enough energy, like you used to, to devote to delivering results to your clients.
… And what used to feel like a ‘passion’ will quickly feel like two full time jobs.
The solution?
For your income to grow, your business model must change.
For your business model to change, your mindset regarding money, and how you get paid must change.
That’s the first step.
With that new mentality, you can definitely start charging more for what you do.
For example: If you are a business coach, and as a direct result for your advice, one of your clients is able to increase their revenues by $10,000 or $100,000 a month, then you can charge way more than $100 or $200 an hour right?
In fact, you can charge thousands or tens of thousands of dollars and still JUSTIFY your price because of the results you deliver.
Of course, there’s a formula for charging 3X to 10X of what you’re charging now. It’s not just as simple as raising your prices and expecting people to fall in-line and pay.
If you raise your prices, and do it like most of your colleagues do, you can only get away with increasing it so much before your clients get turned off and go with a cheaper alternative.
You’ve got to do it the right way.
That’s exactly what I cover in my free, 3-part video series here on attracting ideal, high paying clients.
It’s simple.
Right now, what’s the #1 problem, frustration, or pain that your clients go to you for?
What is the 1 thing you are known for that produces massive results and value for the clients you serve?
If you don’t know, go survey your clients.
Or just think back to your best clients and figure out what was the common problem they all had.
Then create a program that solves that problem, and delivers the solution.
There are several ways to do this…
There are several other ways to do this, but these 3 should point you in the right direction.
Now that you have an Ultimate Solution group program, the next step is to launch it and start attracting clients.
The old model is by just doing ‘good ole’ strategy sessions over the phone.
It works, but again, you’re falling back into the old 1-on-1 model for making money in your business.
I’m not saying don’t do strategy sessions, but if you do, make sure you have a system in place that educates and pre-qualifies people before they talk to you, so you are ONLY speaking with your ‘ideal clients’ who already know, like, and trust you, and are PRIMED to do business with you.
Make sense?
Most coaches and consultants leave a lot of money on the table by not having any other products or services to offer their clients.
In my experience, 75% of the profit comes from what you offer your clients after their initial investment in your services.
As a matter of fact, I recently did the math for one of my coaching businesses. I realized that our clients were spending the same amount, and sometimes up to 3 times the amount of their initial investment, within the first 30-60 days.
So for that specific business, every client that paid us $10,000 for our services, ended up spending $20,000-$30,000 more on average within the first 30-60 days of working with us.
That’s the power of having a client ascension system installed in your business.
